Our effort at Southfork Landing is under way, and we’re excited about bringing some fresh, new designs to our favorite mountain paradise!

Southfork Landing is a unique, conservation-oriented Outdoor Adventure Community located in the Idaho Mountains.

Southfork Landing comes complete with open vistas and is dedicated to protection of the land and river that is Garden Valley’s signature, the South Fork of the Payette River. Almost four miles of protected river frontage serves as Southfork Landing’s northern border.

We’re working closely with several conservation entities to restore areas of the waterway to its original trout habitat in addition to the creation of natural ponds and streams flowing through the community. Approximately 60% of the total project site is dedicated as Open Space or Wildlife Conservation Areas.

Now is a unique time to own a piece of Idaho paradise that is unmatched by any other location in the western United States. You can become a part of a truly spectacular community with deer and elk as your Idaho neighbors!
